David A. Schueller
Certified Public Accountant
David A. Schueller, CPA, is the Owner and Principal of David A. Schueller, L.P., bringing more than 40 years of experience in accounting, tax planning, and financial consulting. Since earning a Bachelor of Accounting
degree from Mount Union College and obtaining his CPA license in 1990, David has built a reputation for providing trusted financial guidance and personalized service to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Throughout his career, David has been committed to helping clients navigate complex financial and tax matters with integrity, professionalism, and practical expertise. His extensive experience spans a wide range of accounting and tax services, enabling him to develop tailored solutions that support long-term financial success.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, David is deeply engaged in his community. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards, represented the State of Texas in political service, and has faithfully worshipped and served in his local church for more than 35 years. His dedication to leadership and service reflects his commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
David and his wife, Gaylene, are the proud parents of two sons. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, traveling, cycling and spending time at the beach with his family.
Kendi Baker
Office Manager
Kendi Baker has served as Office Manager for David A. Schueller L.P. for more than 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the firm. Prior to joining the practice, she gained valuable experience
in both the insurance and credit union industries, providing her with a strong background in client service, operations, and business administration.
Born, raised, and educated in Kansas, Kendi relocated to Texas in 1999 and has since become an integral part of the firm's daily operations. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help ensure the office runs efficiently while maintaining a high level of service for clients and staff alike.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kendi enjoys working out, watching football games, and spending time with family and friends. She is deeply committed to her faith and values the time she spends with her husband, two sons, and her beloved granddaughters. Kendi considers her role as “Mimi” to be one of life's greatest blessings.
Sheleena Doney
Bookkeeper
Sheleena Doney is a Bookkeeper and Office Assistant with more than 15 years of experience in financial recordkeeping and administrative support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Liberty
University, earned in 2007, and brings a strong foundation of organizational expertise, accuracy, and attention to detail to her role.
Following her graduation, Sheleena made stops in Fayetteville, Arkansas and Louisville, Kentucky before relocating to North Texas in 2013. In 2018, she joined David A. Schueller, L.P., where she has since contributed to maintaining precise and reliable financial records in support of the firm’s operations.
Sheleena is known for her commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and well-organized financial management. She values consistency and professionalism in her work and takes pride in supporting her team through dependable performance.
Sheleena resides in North Texas with her husband, Pat, and their two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Matthew Morris
Staff Accountant
Matthew Morris is a Staff Accountant with David A. Schueller, L.P., where he assists clients with a variety of tax and accounting needs. He joined the firm in September 2025 and is committed to providing accurate,
reliable service while helping clients navigate complex financial matters with confidence.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He is currently pursuing his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and continues to expand his technical knowledge and expertise through ongoing professional development.
Born in Anchorage, Alaska, and raised in Oklahoma, Matthew brings a strong foundation of integrity, diligence, and client-focused service to his work. His Christian faith plays an important role in his life and informs his commitment to serving others with honesty, professionalism, and care.
Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys playing basketball, working out, watching football and supporting his alma mater, the Kentucky Wildcats.
Isaac Schueller
Accounting Assistant
Isaac Schueller is an Accounting Assistant with David A. Schueller, L.P., where he supports the firm's tax and accounting services and assists in delivering quality service to clients. Since joining the firm in February 2023,
Isaac has developed a strong understanding of client needs and is committed to providing dependable support with professionalism and attention to detail.
Isaac earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Business from the University of North Texas. His educational background, combined with his experience at the firm, has equipped him with a unique perspective and a strong foundation for serving clients and supporting the firm's operations.
A dedicated Christian, Isaac values integrity, service, and building meaningful relationships with others. These principles guide both his professional and personal life and contribute to his client-focused approach.
Outside of the office, Isaac enjoys playing and coaching baseball through a faith-based organization, staying active in the gym, attending live music events, spending time with family and friends, and country dancing. His passion for teamwork, leadership, and community involvement reflects the same enthusiasm and commitment he brings to his work each day.
